Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. It will normally take from 7-35 business days for you to receive your Order. At Holiday times this might be up to 40 days. This time will depend on Customs regulations in your country and is out of our control. We do our utmost to make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Once the order has left our fulfillment center and handed over to the delivery company we send you a Tracking Number for you to track your order. Please allow up to 3-8 business days to have your order processed. If you have any concerns please contact us.
We do everything we can to ensure the fastest delivery as possible.
Please note that if you order multiply items, these packages will be delivered separately as they are stocked at different fulfillment centers around the world.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-8 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. It can take up to 5 days for your tracking number to be put into the Shippers Tracking System. If you did not receive the order tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
If your order is a made to order product, the production time will vary but usually takes 6-8 business days before it its shipped. Once a made to order product is shipped from our fulfillment warehouse it can take around 5 days for USPS to receive the order at it's delivery centers (depending on the destination in the USA) and update their system for delivery.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does MyBishBashBosh provide a guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Of Course If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
